A Taste of African Heritage brings African food traditions to life through hands-on experience. This 6-week cooking curriculum teaches history, nutrition, and cooking techniques that reconnect participants with the vibrant, healthy traditions of the African Diaspora.

Just Say Yes is a nutrition education initiative designed to prevent overweight/obesity and reduce long-term chronic disease risks through the promotion of increased fruit and vegetable consumption.

Nutrition for Life is a 4-week theory-based SNAP-Ed nutrition education program that uses a goal-setting curriculum to facilitate changes in lifestyle behavior and reduce risk factors for common chronic diseases.

Cooking Matters in Your Food Pantry is a guide to planning, organizing, and leading food pantry demos in your community. The toolkit provides sample outlines of several nutrition education lessons and activities that can be used in the food pantry setting, easily customized to the amount of time you have available for your demonstration.  

Seniors Eating Well lessons are designed to reach older adults at places they congregate—senior centers, low-income housing community centers, and other senior housing centers. They can also be used with middle-older adults (aged 50-65) at work sites, clubs, churches, or other organizations.  

Drexel Caregiver workshop series allows adult participants to learn building blocks for good nutrition. Topics include building a healthy plate, understanding the nutrition facts label, eating healthily while eating out, and eating healthily on a budget.
