Anesthesiology

Einstein's Department of Anesthesiology provides comprehensive anesthesia services for several procedures including transplant, oncologic, vascular, cardiothoracic and pain management. Patients receive exceptional care at state-of-the-art facilities from highly trained physicians.

Our department's mission is to provide exceptional clinical care and contribute to the full scope of peri-operative and chronic pain medicine services for our patients and their families.

Department of Anesthesiology physicians are responsible for managing and treating changes in breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure during surgery. Einstein's anesthesiologists also diagnose and treat any medical problems that might arise during and immediately after surgery.

Einstein's Department of Anesthesiology is actively engaged in ongoing research and clinical studies that span several areas of interest. We are also committed to implementing new and better techniques that will benefit our patients.
