Choose coverage from Delta Dental (full-time employees only) or Aetna DMO.
Purchase vision coverage though Vision Benefits of America (VBA). The plan provides annual exams and eyewear through VBA's network of over 10,000 providers.
Life Insurance/Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Group term life insurance is provided for all full-time, benefits-eligible employees. You can purchase additional term life insurance from Reliance Standard for you, your spouse, domestic partner or children through payroll deduction.
Continuing until retirement or recovery, this benefit pays 60 percent of base salary, with a maximum benefit of $6,000 per month for non-work related illnesses or injuries.
Short Term Disability
Purchase Short Term Disability benefits through payroll deduction. This voluntary benefit provides replacement income for up to 90 days if you are sick.
Healthcare/Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts
Lower your tax burden. Use a reimbursement account to set aside pre-tax dollars for out-of-pocket medical costs. Or set up an account for expenses related to childcare or care of a dependent adult.
Retirement Savings Plan
On a pre- or post-tax basis, save up to the annual maximum allowable amount and invest in your 403(b) through Fidelity.
Group Legal Plan
This voluntary benefit provides legal services such as telephone consulting, for advice on buying a home or creating a will, as well as unexpected issues, like a dispute with a home contractor or a sudden illness for a low monthly fee paid through payroll deduction.
Identity Theft Plan
Privacy Armor Plus by Info Armor detects fraud at the source (when thieves first use your information to apply for accounts) to catch misuse sooner and minimize damages to provide complete identity monitoring. PrivacyArmor also includes tri-bureau credit monitoring, an annual credit report and monthly credit scores.
Our Employee Assistance Provider provides you and your family with free, confidential counseling and is available 24/7/365.
