Columns Layout = 2
Fellows will be actively engaged in didactic and research endeavors during this fellowship program. Provided below are brief descriptions of the research program and learning activities that constitute the training environment for the fellowship year.

Research

Fellows will be involved in all clinical research activities with mentorship by the faculty.

The research experience is diverse – ranging from small single-institutional cohort series with assessment of novel techniques to larger scale multi-institutional studies relevant to genitourinary trauma and reconstruction.

Other investigations focus on patient reported outcome measures in both female and male reconstructive/prosthetic patient populations.

In sum, fellows will be provided with a broad range of projects that are ongoing or planned pertinent to fellowship training and a future career in academics. Fellows will be supported to present abstracts at regional, national, and international urology meetings with an ultimate goal of manuscript preparation/submission.
