Our pharmacists are always available to talk anytime you have a concern. When you call, a person will answer your call, not an automated system.

We will monitor your medication supply. Every month we will call you prior to when you need your medication to assess what medications you need re-ordered and answer any questions or concerns. Your medications will always be available within 24 hours and ready to deliver.

Education

Ongoing clinical and educational support is provided over the phone, and we have language interpretive services to provide education in every language. Patients can reach a pharmacist 24/7 by telephone or email.

Delivery

Free prescription delivery is available, to your home or office along with a follow-up call to ensure satisfaction (Prescription pick-up also available at either pharmacy location). We have a courier/driver service and we also use Fed-Ex to ensure you get your medication easily and on-time.

Billing

One of our pharmacy associates will handle and submit your insurance paperwork for you. Billing specialty medications can be complicated, but our expertise helps you get the most benefit from your insurance. We will work with you to explain any medication billing questions and help you receive the most benefit from your insurance. Call us and we will verify if your insurance allows you to fill a prescription at our pharmacy.

Co-payment assistance is available to help ensure you have access to the medications you need. We will work with you one-on-one to help you enroll in any assistance programs available through pharmaceutical manufacturers or through foundation programs.
