Pride Program - LGBTQ+ Health

Einstein's Pride Program in Philadelphia offers the LGBTQ community a professional, safe and caring home for your healthcare needs.

Why Einstein Pride Program?

Confidential, Respectful, Accessible

At the Einstein Pride Program we follow WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health) Standards of Care and use an informed consent model of care. This means that your healthcare needs and decisions are made by you every step of the way. Our providers work to meet your needs and assist you in making informed decisions about your own health and wellbeing.

We also strive to remove barriers to care through advocating for your needs across Einstein’s Healthcare network and attempting to interrupt systemic and institutionalized oppression, racism, homophobia and transphobia in the field of healthcare.

When we set out to develop this program at Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia, we did so by working with the LGBTQIA+ community to better understand your health concerns including:

  • Confidentiality
  • Respectful and compassionate care
  • Access to care

We used those concerns as the foundation for our program. We offer a full scope of outpatient mental health services, endocrinology, infertility and fertility preservation, primary care for all ages including GAHT, physical therapy and pelvic floor therapy, voice therapy, telePrEP services, urology, obstetric and gynecologic care, surgical services, outpatient mental healthcare, and patient navigator support.

We are conveniently located in Philadelphia, where you will find a safe, professional and innovative medical practice dedicated to your specific health needs.
