The Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia Family Medicine Residency Program is structured to provide a well-rounded, comprehensive core curriculum in Family and Community Medicine. The program follows a 4-week block rotation schedule in addition to weekly didactics. The first year serves as a foundational year for residents to develop a broad and strong knowledge base. The second and third years are designed to help residents advance their skills in full spectrum family medicine including chronic disease management, inpatient medicine, prenatal care, population health and quality improvement. Throughout their training, residents will gain additional experience in ambulatory care through their weekly continuity care clinic.
